Effective date: May 6, 2026By accessing or using the website located at interconnectedsystems.net (the “Site”), including any free tools, calculators, or diagnostic utilities available on the Site (collectively, the “Tools”), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Site and the Tools.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Interconnected Systems Inc. (“ISI”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a corporation incorporated under the laws of Canada, with its principal place of business in Ontario, Canada.
ISI provides free, no-registration network diagnostic and AI infrastructure planning tools for informational and professional reference purposes. The Tools include, without limitation: IPv4 and IPv6 subnet calculators, online traceroute and MTR utilities, DNS lookup and propagation checkers, IP reputation and blacklist checkers, BGP and ASN lookups, MAC vendor lookup, TCP port scanner, connection quality tester, LLM GPU and VRAM calculators, AI fabric planners, power and cooling calculators, TCO estimators, training data storage sizers, parallelism strategy recommenders, inference serving simulators, and configuration generators. Use of the Tools does not require registration or the creation of an account.
You agree to use the Site and Tools only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable local, provincial, national, and international laws and regulations, including but not limited to laws governing computer access, network security, and privacy.
You specifically agree not to:
ISI reserves the right to block or restrict access to the Site and Tools for any user or IP address that ISI, in its sole discretion, determines is in violation of these Terms or is engaged in abusive or disruptive behaviour.
The Site and all Tools are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ISI expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:
Tool outputs are provided for informational and professional reference purposes only and must not be relied upon as professional engineering, legal, security, financial, or other specialized advice without independent verification by a qualified professional.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall ISI, its officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, or service providers be liable for any:
arising out of or in any way connected with: (i) your access to, use of, or inability to use the Site or Tools; (ii) any content obtained from the Site or Tools; (iii) unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; or (iv) any other matter relating to the Site or Tools—whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or any other legal theory, and whether or not ISI has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In jurisdictions that do not permit the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, ISI’s total liability to you for all damages shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Several Tools operate by querying third-party APIs and data services—including but not limited to ipinfo.io, GreyNoise, OpenPhish, Google Public DNS, Cloudflare DNS, and RIPE NCC—to retrieve and display results. ISI does not control these third-party services, does not guarantee their availability, accuracy, or continuity, and does not endorse their content. The availability and accuracy of Tool results may be affected by the availability and behaviour of these third-party services.
The Site also contains links to external websites, reference documents, and third-party resources. Such links are provided for convenience only. ISI has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy practices, accuracy, or availability of any externally linked website or resource.
All content on the Site—including but not limited to text, graphics, user interface designs, tool logic, source code, compiled JavaScript and CSS, the ISI logo and trademarks, and all other proprietary materials—is the intellectual property of Interconnected Systems Inc. or its licensors and is protected by applicable Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise exploit any content from the Site without the prior express written consent of ISI, except as permitted by applicable law or these Terms.
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of this agreement.
ISI reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Changes will take effect upon posting of the revised Terms to the Site. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated to reflect the date of the most recent revision.
Your continued access to or use of the Site or Tools after any revision to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Site.
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ISI with respect to your use of the Site and Tools and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles or rules that would cause the laws of any other jurisdiction to apply.
You hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction located in the Province of Ontario, Canada, for the resolution of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site or Tools. If you are accessing the Site from outside Canada, you are responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws.
